Donald Kuick, PA-C
I was born and raised in the Chicagoland suburbs, where my interest in human anatomy and physiology began in high school, inspiring me to pursue a career in medicine. During my undergraduate years, I volunteered at a local hospital and shadowed various providers, including both doctors and Physician Assistants (PAs). It was then that I became drawn to the patient-centered care PAs provided. As a PA, I have the autonomy to see patients, diagnose conditions, offer counseling, prescribe medications, perform procedures like injections, and assist in surgery. During my time as an emergency medical technician, I found myself particularly drawn to orthopedics. My training as a PA solidified my passion for the field, and it’s incredibly rewarding to help patients return to their activities after treating their orthopedic conditions.
