Subil Thomas, PA-C

I chose to become a Physician Assistant because I really enjoyed the collaborative lifestyle of being able to work closely with physicians and other staff to provide quality level of care. I shadowed a couple PAs in different specialties before attending PA school and I admired their ability to communicate and relate to their patients. During my clinical rotations during PA school, I had many mentors who taught me valuable skills of being thorough in my diagnosis and treatment of my patients while listening to my patients.

I began working as a PA with OrthoIllinois in September of 2018. I grew up in the Chicagoland area and went to school and worked in Central and Southern Illinois. I am excited to return to the area where I grew up so I can give back to the community. I had many rotations in different specialties including internal medicine, emergency medicine, orthopedics, surgery and I am excited to grow my skills and knowledge in Orthopedic Surgery.

As a provider, I strive to provide quality care to my patients built on a relationship based on trust and the knowledge that they are deeply cared for and in good hands.
