Kasten Woodcock, CPO / LPO

Kasten Woodcock, CPO/LPO, is a Board-Certified Prosthetist and Orthotist dedicated to providing high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals of all ages. Kasten received her Master’s degree in Orthotics and Prosthetics from Northwestern University in 2022, following a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee (2019). Her foundational training began with a residency and early career experience in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Kasten’s passion for orthotics stems from personal experience; as an adolescent, she wore a Boston TLSO brace for scoliosis, igniting her interest in this transformative field. Driven by a desire to combine engineering principles with direct patient care, she pursued a career where she could utilize both technical skills and compassion.

As a clinician, Kasten provides comprehensive orthotic and prosthetic care, specializing in pediatric orthotics. She expertly treats a wide range of neuromuscular and orthopedic conditions, including cranial remolding for infants with plagiocephaly and brachycephaly, scoliosis management in adolescents, and lower extremity prosthetics. Kasten believes in fostering strong patient-family relationships, working collaboratively to achieve mobility goals and ensure comfort throughout each stage of care. She is passionate about the hands-on fabrication aspect of her work and using critical thinking to maximize patient potential.

Outside of the clinic, Kasten volunteers at adaptive water-ski clinics throughout the Midwest, and enjoys staying active with her husband and golden retriever.
